I like how the theatre has adapted to their construction work and has utilised the space in Glyndwr University to put on shows, in order to keep things running as similar to usual as possible to not disrupt the lives of employees. This shows a compassion that few companies employ, and highlights the importance of being adaptable in the face of challenges.
